Process Communication Model® (PCM) is a practical tool to getting to know people. I enjoy the playful interaction of the model and its capability to understand the behaviour of people. PCM gave me a better understanding of what it means to listen to others and how to establish effective communication with them. The use of PCM is an amazing interaction game which results in better interpersonal relationships.
Becoming a PCM certified trainner has been a life transforming experience for me and I want to share this experience with others. I want to convey this unique view of the world to all who are interested in improving communication with their loved ones or in the workplace.
I have been in business since 1996 involved in various projects for multitude of clients. An effective communication is at the heart of any successful venture. In our company, we use PCM for team management, in communication with clients and in personal development of people. In each project we coordinate the work of several people and different teams. Being able to efficiently communicate with a partner is essential for us.
